Tails & Trails - Pack Walking and Socialisation Service Policy
Tails & Trails operates as a subscription-based service, similar to a children’s daycare. When you commit to a spot in our pack, it is reserved for your dog on an ongoing basis, as our costs remain the same, fees remain payable regardless of attendance. This ensures we can provide consistent care and a stable pack environment for all dogs.
We achieve this by providing you with a number of tokens based on your subscription tier. Your tokens are used towards your recurring confirmed spot(s) unless agreed otherwise, please see below for more details.
