Brittany is the original Canine Counsellor - the foundation of our team and the big vision behind the small details that make dogs and their people feel seen, supported, and safe. Her education in animal psychology laid the groundwork; thousands of hours in the field turned knowledge into mastery. She has shadowed top-tier trainers, devoured seminars, and has completed additional studies in animal naturopathy, human psychology, counselling and hypnotherapy, building a toolbox as vast as it is effective. She reads behaviour and energy like a second language and tailors every session to the individuals in front of her.

Tracey is a steady, thoughtful presence with a kind heart, quiet confidence, and deep respect for every dog and owner. Training alongside Brittany since late 2024, she’s completed 200+ hours of shadowing and become a client favourite in workshops and pack walks.

She now leads workshops, assists with consultations, and keeps sharpening her skills through an international training academy.

Shae brings heart, fire, and deep instinct —and dogs just get her. Since joining in April 2025, she’s logged 200+ shadow hours with Brittany, stepped up as our primary pack walker, and is actively studying dog training and behaviour.

She supports our Iron It Out clients and reads body language with a sharp, intuitive eye, blending street-smarts, intuition, and soul in every session.
